PSV draw we win and we are champs but I can see both games draws. We lost it last Sunday with one of the worst performances ever in the Arena

PSV will beat Sparta easily. I think we’ll probably beat Twente too but we have already lost the title.

If PSV win I hope we draw otherwise we lose the title by 1 point and Sutalo's stupid free kick and Pasveer's mistake in that 99th min goal will have cost us in the end.

Just watched Groningen highlights again ,Sutalo with the most stupid foul and mistake of the season and Pasveer goalkeeping on the goal woeful. If we lose the title by 1 point I blame these 2 players.

I would not be so harsh. Sutalo had a great season and really helped the defense. If Pasveer doesn't get hurt, would he have made a difference in the games where Matteus messed up? It's a team game and there is a lot of praise and blame to be apportioned out. The fact that this team is in 2nd place is just amazing!!

Indeed. Ultimate screwups were Sparta and especially NEC at home. 1 point at Groningen was more like expected. Even before the screwups.

Is it just me or has the quality of Dutch officiating really become quite bad this season. Even Makkelie, who is considered one of the best in Europe, has not distinguished himself. The only one who has been consistent is Nijhuis, but he's always been consistently poor Higler was decent at one point but no longer. Gozubyak is probably the best one in the league right now.

Agree Sparta and NEC were massive screw ups and Groningen's 1st was down to Mokio not marking the guy . My anger at Sutalo and Pasveer would not have been so strong had it been 79 mins but in the last 2 mins against 10 men. Sutalo with a crazy foul and Pasveer flapping around and setting up his wall far too close all cost 2 points. I am more angry at this goal than any other given away all season.

Anyway lets just hope we finish the season with a win. 2nd place is really incredible with this poor squad.Sounds today like Farioli will leave lets wait and see.I dont believe in miracles and dont for one second think Sparta will even get a point . 3-0 to PSV .

The refereeing seemed particularly poor this whole season. I think it’s partly VAR, which was supposedly brought in to make the game fairer, but it’s really just exposed how arbitrary the decision process is. Not that I have a problem with that because bizarre refereeing has always been part of the game.

Higler was always my least favourite but Nagtegaal has taken that position now.

Sutalo's mistake is a clear sign of the lack of confidence in our last 4 games or so. It's a panic decision and it wouldn't happen during our pre-Easter games... Unfortunately once you start down this path, it will take something major to change.

Well, I've 2 screens here in St Petersburg..let's keep everything crossed that Sparta can help out

Pasveer,Rosa,Sutalo,Hato,Wijndal,Henderson,Klaassen,Reeger,Berghuis,Brobbey and Taylor LW . Makes me want to cry almost what football poverty in that line up. If Sparta stops PSV and that woeful lineup can win we will be champs!

Just think, though,...only 3 of those would have made the first team last season..so, although disappointing near the end, at the beginning of the season.. today's position is a tremendous bonus..just that there aren't too many "names" in the team!!

Sutalo Hato Taylor plus injured Baas are the only ones worthy of Ajax this season.

No way PSV will drop points.

I’m just a bit disappointed some more Jong players aren’t on the bench. That could have brightened up what’s going to be another grim match.

I just hope that, if they win, PSV are two goals up at 80 minutes+, or else it's heart attack and false texts!!!

Decent enough so far especially after our last 2 home games.PSV 1-0 up and will score a 2nd early and that will be it.

Nothing major to add to what SPL said. That’s what I’m expecting too although I did think PSV would be 2 or 3 up by now.

Regeer could be a useful player, he’s a better passer than Taylor or Klaassen and he has a decent FK.

I ve got both games on in front of me and, although 1-0 up and in control, PSV seem the more nervous team!!
