Don't need to say much more than Feyenoord in the Johan Cruyff Arena. There's a midweek match with Vollendam to follow; it's the postponed game from earlier in the month.

Can't see us winning this one. We are a mess and Feyenoord are in great form at the moment. Plus they had two more rest days, which can be a factor in second half. I would definitely take a draw.

Looks like Bergwijn is out with wisdom tooth problem.Berghuis and Forbs on the wing. Taylor,,V D Boomen and Vos likely MF . This shows the daft signings of the summer. One winger out and only Godts standby,Berghuis is a no 10 and not a winger.We buy 2 DMF ,neither better than Vos, and we buy no back up no 10.

Meanwhile Brobbey is doing ok but we buy 2 backup strikers.

A win today would be amazing based on current form. Both fullbacks have to know how to defend otherwise our defence will be in tatters.

Team as I thought above. No Godts on bench so he must have a bit of an injury.V.A.Dongen on the bench but he had less than 30 mins of football this season.Hlynsson is on the bench ,he is rated higher than Misehouy as the attacking MF . Hope Misehouy signs that extension,I am sure he will get playing time this season in such a weak attacking MF.

A draw seems optimistic. I would settle for a not-too-heavy defeat. The way Ajax has been defending, we could be in for something really embarrassing.

Gaaei has now made 2 howlers and 2 goals.Based on Thursday and today he is not even Jong standard.

The funny thing is they were doing better than I expected apart from the two clangers each from Gaaei and Sosa. Having Vos in MF makes an obvious difference to the buildup.

I wonder if they’d ever play with 3 central defenders and an extra midfielder. There doesn’t seem to be any point playing the fullbacks we have.

Three blunders and three goals conceded on each. Idiotic supporter(s) throwing flares onto the pitch and the match is suspended. Gaaei with two schoolboy mistakes and he heads straight for the tunnel on being pulled out. I wonder if he ever plays again after this. Sosa with a foolish decision to shoot when there was nobody behind him and he hits it straight into a defender and the break was on. Obviously no player ratings for this one. Vollendam up on Wednesday and maybe Ajax can eke out a win.

this one can't be put on Steijn as he did have the team prepared.

Forbs looks to be a good purchase and maybe that's it. I was expecting more from Sutalo but apparently he has a real language problem not speaking either Dutch (understandable) or English.

I would be happy if we can pull a couple of goals back.

I would be happy to avoid conceding another three!

Off again ,a complete shambles

10 minutes in and more flares thrown on to the pitch. Match now officially abandoned. We will need to wait to here what the Dutch FA intend to do about this. A very sad commentary and I really don't understand how people are able to bring flares into the stadium. Perpetrators of this should face permanent stadium bans AND some real jail time for this. Don't have much more to comment on today.

I'm off until Tuesday because of Yom Kippur and I'll atone not only for myself but for the woes of Ajax (it's the least I can do). Let's hope for a win against Vollendam.

Award 3 points to Feyenoord and close the F side for a couple of games.They cause the trouble.

On and off the field our beautiful club is in shambles.

What a shambles of a day today. We started bravely and were playing generally well for the first 15-20 minutes.

Gaeei gets pushed off the ball for their first and makes a terrible pass to give up the 2nd. We're also setup terribly defensively and also made a lot of silly mistakes.

Abandoned games have to be completed within 72 hours so Dutch Fa say 2pm Weds ,but Ajax and Volendam are not happy. No decision yet.
