Yes, another championship is on the line this Sunday as Ajax and Willem II play in the Cup final. It probably goes without saying that this is an important match for Ajax and ten Hag probably will start the same 11 as yesterday.

Totally agree with this - Huntelaar/Dolberg need to start this one.

i hope de jong also gets a rest. ziyech looked out of gas when he came off yesterday. i honestly think we can win this one with a few key players sitting it out.

I don't think we should take this game too lightly -- remember what happened a couple years back when we were supposed to beat Zwolle in a cakewalk and they wiped the floor with us. If we want to win this game we have to bear down from beginning to end.

2016/17 we beat Willem in the cup at JC Arena. A late free kick was put into the back of the net by a 19 year old Appie making his debut. Biggest cheer of the night for him.

Hope for a win tomorrow to get them in the mood for stuffing Spurs.

Disappointed that Mazraoui and Ziyech will observe Ramadan. They are professional footballers and should remain professional. They chose this career, knowing that they would have to make sacrifices. Even Dutch fitnes guru Rayomond Verheijen said it won't be a good idea.

Up 0-2 at HT. The game never moved out of 3rd gear. The ref is allowing too many fouls and that is killing our play.

Maybe Ekkelenkamp on for De Jong in about the 70th minute if we're still up.

Two nice assists from Ziyech. Defense was quite loose early in the match and Tagliafico blundered badly when he let his man get to the inside. Pressure is really affecting Willem II. One more goal should seal this one.

2 well taken goals a 3rd should seal it. Not playing flat out so hope the 2nd half will be comfortable for us.
