Games come fast and furious with the Beker Cup and EL action sandwiched in between this one. PEC have gotten off to a poor start and lie bottom of the table. This should be an easy win, right?

Willem were woefully weak but it was lovely to watch proper football being played by Ajax.So what will the line up be in this game.

Dijks is poor so give Sinkgraven another game. Riedewald is a better at CD.Tete is a better RB than Veltman and Sanchez a better Cd than Veltman.

Gudelj cannot keep Bazoer out and Ziyech is a midfielder not Right winger. Up front Cassierra for Dolberg .El Ghazi
still not playing well enough and Younes just try to beat everyone and ends up doing nothing.

Hope Nouri stays on the bench and gets more playing time .de Ligt is already good enough for the likes of Willem and Zwolle but we may have to wait until next season for him to come through regularly.

Bosz was pretty impressed with Sinkgraven at LB. I missed it on my small screen feed but apparently Cerny was responsible for the man going through late in the 2nd half when Willem II had the only real chance on goal. Bazoer was apparently ill going into the game but played anyway. I'm not convinced he can be a good controlling MF as his passing isn't quick enough. Unlike SPL, I would continue playing Riedewald at DM.

2. Lot of passing in the mid-field and less between and 2 CBs than normal

el Ghazi finally had a competent player in the midfield to pass to. When Klaassen is playing, he never gets those kinds of passes from who ever plays the RW. This should spark something in Bosz's mind.

None of the three lads who made their debute last Wednesday have been selected for the squad.

A shame, 17 year old Matthijs de Ligt can, that's my opinion, just stay in the squad without making the team any weaker!!

It looks like Bosz is going back to the same old lineup that just sucks the life out of football. In this regard he is no better than FdB. How can he not have seen that the team that played against Willem II just went out and performed. Hardly any sideways passing. Until Klaassen is transferred away nothing is going to improve.

Don't know if Klaassen intentional knocked it down for Sanchez but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Good play, now lets' get the defense settled down.

I'm really liking the vision which Sinkgraven is bringing to the LB position. I saw one delicious through ball to Dolberg a few minutes ago.

I might have missed those occasions - watching a fairly terrible Russian stream right now. NGSN needs to get its act together soon as these stream are dreadful.

Two goals from set pieces and a lot of mediocre play in the field. Sinkgraven is struggling on defense and Schöne is not nearly as commanding as he was in the Cup match. Again when anyone tries to go one on one everyone stands around and watches what will happen rather than trying to find a free space and get to it offering an option. Dolberg had some good touches and an equal number of bad ones. Defense has not been terrific either as Onana had to make some tough saves to keep the goal score at one. One big difference between the lineup today and against Willem II is Klaassen in the MF. Draw your own conclusions, I have.

Well we are in the lead and hopefully a 3rd should finish off Zwolle.

After Willem we have seen Sinkgraven stay at LB and Schone in holding mf but neither is working.Sinkgraven is not a left back.I would bring Bazoer and Dijks back but stick Sinkgraven at left wing and take Younes off.He works hard always runs into a dead end and no end result.
