If Bosz insists on playing Gudelj and Bazoer in midfield, then lets hope this will end in defeat for Ajax. Some people need to learn the hard way.

For all his talk prior to the start of the season, Bosz is looking strangely like de Boer in terms of players he likes.

Which players would you play with instead? Ok, I wouldn't pick Gudelj in my squad either. But you can't expect Bosz to have his perfect team in such a short time. He also has to work with the inheritance of FdB.

van de Beek, Bazoer, and Sinkgraven

I thought you meant you would leave them all three out, but you would still pick Bazoer.

I prefer Klaassen over Bazoer. And I don't know about Sinkgraven. I actually felt sorry for him, his lack of confidence is so visible. Then he scored a goal against Sparta and gave an assist. But I don't know if that is the turnaround for him. I think Bosz is better able to judge that than we are.

Bosz should use this game as an opportunity to give chances to Frenkie de Jong and Nouri. Gudelj and Bazoer need to be dropped until they can prove themselves.

I'm with you Ayman,Frenkie de Jong and Nouri need to get playing time.

Bosz obviously knows more that we do. He trains with the guys on a daily basis and he has an eye on the young as well. So, there must be a reason why let say Nouri isn't in the squad yet. I would be surprised if he would be ready for the first team now, but in the near future maybe.

The midfield isn't working as well as it should, we know that, so I would also like to see the likes of van de Beek, Sinkgraven and Nouri given a chance this season to show what they can do, but not next saturday. Next saturday should be a dress rehearsal for the Rostov game. Don't think de Jong, van de Beek or Nouri are so ready that we could throw the in against Rostov in Russia.

I hope for a win next saturday. I hope for a big win. I hope the defensive line and Cillessen will keep a clean sheet and I wish the front three will score lots of goals. Goals that they would have deserved to score against Rostov. I hope for a win that will send our guys to Russia with great confidence that will help them get the result that will take us to the CL.

Looks like the Cillessen transfer is a done deal. He's been left off the team sheet for tomorrow's match Gudelj has a leg complaint and also out. While I don't wish anyone to be injured, it will be interesting to see the midfield for tomorrow.

Onana is too clumsy, he is like Cillessen 2.0. Boer isn't great but at the moment he is all we have.

Remember how Gudelj was suspended for the first PAOK match and our MF (vd Beek, Riedewald, Klaassen IIRC) was OK?

Onana is Vermeer mark 2 .Last week for Jong he made a howler and let in a goal and he made me nervous every time he he had the ball at his feet.

Donny should play tonight and Sinkgraven may get some time on the left wing

Why don't we try a midfield trio of:

Klaassen - Bazoer - Sinkgraven

Sky advertise the game as live but showing something else so will have to watch on cricfree.They are showing it in the early hours so I will watch it again properly in the morning as streams are very hit and miss.

Onana in goal, v d Beek instead of Gudelj .Veltman aged 24 our oldest player and 7 are aged 21 and under.Tete again on the bench so I would not be surprised if he suddenly leaves for Italy

I cannot find any streams that are showing the match. Most of the listed ones are showing the bronze Olympic game.
