This could be the trickiest of the four remaining fixtures. Ajax have had problems with Utrecht in the past (remember the Vermeer meltdown several years ago???). PSV will have already played their away match to Roda on Saturday. I don't think Ajax can rely on Utrecht to be as wasteful in front of the goal as Cambuur were yesterday. van der Hoorn suffered a thigh bruise and it's not clear how serious it is. Tete got some action the other day so it's possible to move Veltman back to the middle with Tete playing RB.

In any case FdB has to get the troups ready to play. I would like to see Sinkgraven start in place of the €5M man who has really been playing quite poorly but I'm sure we will see the same midfield. el Ghazi has to start on the right wing. If Schöne is in lineup I will know for certain that FdB has lost his marbles.

I was there in the Arena in 2012 when we lost to Utrecht 0-2 after a horrible performance and I'm going to be there again next sunday! Hope history won't repeat itself and I will see Ajax score a goal or preferably goals and take all of the points.

El Ghazi certainly brought some life in to our attack against Cambuur. Schöne is decent in set pieces and has some vision, but he really cant't beat anyone one on one which is something a winger should be able to do. The only logical explanation I can think of is that FdB wants to use El Ghazi as a super sub and throw him in with fresh legs against tired defenders.

P.S. Has anyone experience in buying tickets from Viagogo? Bought the Ajax tickets there and was able to download and print them instantly. Seemed almost too good to be true now that I read some reviews from customers that were scammed.

Yes the 2012 performance in the home game against Utrecht was awful!!
A couple of seasons in a row this we've played a shit match. The last time with Martin Jol and the first two seasons with Frank de Boer we've done it really bad in Amsterdam Arena against Utrecht.

I'm glad a couple of years ago we continued again with just winning this game.

In by far most of the cases it goes well.
I have had a couple experiences with Viagogo and both were positive.

Dijks is fit but v d Beek has a minor injury and drops out with Tete replacing him. Fischer is dropped and Cerny comes in. Fischer played poorly v Sparta and thus has been dropped.Muric probably would have now come into the squad but is out injured for the rest of the season. Cerny has been playing poorly since January but maybe this will be a boost for him.Seeing him and Nouri in the A1 last week was a joke but we have covered that already.

Yep will be a tough one for Ajax. Utrecht is in, surprisingly, 4th place.
A tough one for me personally: 2:30 in the friggin morning here...Ugh. I'll be watching though.

Cheapest tickets on Viagogo for Ajax-FC Utrecht are now 35 euros each. That's not so bad.

Unlike last week tomorrow is live on sky and so is Weds. Only 2 games have not been shown live so I really cannot moan.Will be a tough game.

I Payed around 40 €/ticket in vak 416. I guess that's quite expencive, but as long as they work and we win i'll be happy. Nice thing about Viagogo was that you could only buy a ticket. Through ajax you need to buy a package. Nothing wrong with ajax scarfs, but how many ajax scarfs does a man need? I happy with one, my ajax / #20 litmanen Fin flag scarf.

Thats still cheap ie about £30 here in England. I will be going to cricket once the game is over in Brighton. Its starting at the same time as the footy but footy still rules and its a very important game today,we have to win this one.

El Ghazi for Schone but Dijks is out and Sinkgraven replaces him and we play 3-4-3

not sure how we are going to win this game ,badly need to bring Dijks on ,our defence looks dodgy down that left side.Sinkgraven adds nothing.

Wow, we saw more balls going into the 18 yard box today than at any other time this season. I think the forwards must really be surprised! Maybe it's the extra MF. Sinkgraven is having a very nice match so far. Ajax had about three decent opportunities where the pass needed to be better weighted and someone would be in on goal. the defense is holding up OK. Gudelj is doing a nice job in the Rijkaard role and van der Hoorn is keeping good position in the middle back area.

We just need to get that one goal!!!!

If it wasn´t about to score some goals, they are actually playing the game very pretty. just lack some real chances and a couple of goals..

It's a nice change to see them fighting for the ball - and winning most of the time. A goal or two would be nice, though - hope we get one.

that one is Klaassen and Bazoer's fault for being too sloppy with the ball. There goes the championship I'm afraid. Utrecht will pack things in now.

Ajax playing utter rubbish and we give away a goal. I could see it coming.we are about to chuck away the title.

Unthinking pass the ball backwards instead of finding a way forward and take the punishment you deserve. The second he made the automatic 'Ajax special', I said to myself this is going to wind up badly - sure enough.
