Ajax are on the road against surprising Heracles. The decision on whether Cillessen is match fit won't be made until later in the week as he picked up some kind of abdominal injury during warm ups in Kazakhstan last week. Also, there is a question about Klaassen's fitness from a concussion injury (and he probably should NOT have played against PSV as one of the sources I saw said he was having problems prior to that match; this is something that can not be taken lightly).

This could be a tough match for the club.

It could be a very tough game. A modest club but have assembled a really nice team, I've seen them a few times. Their CF is almost 2 m. tall. could be a handful for the Ajax CB's. A very important game for Ajax playing away. Only 2pts separate the top 5 teams.

A really interesting game to watch, I expect.

It's about time to see some good Ajax football with some nice goals again, but I believe Milik got injured during a game with Poland.

In most cases Ajax plays good in games on a plastic field / artificial grass like they have at Heracles Almelo.

Davy Klaassen and Arek Milik are expected to play, Cillessen probably not.

FdB's stated this afternoon that Milik, Cillessen and Serero will not play tomorrow but should be available for the EL match against Fenerbahce on Thursday. Klaassen will be at full strength for what it's worth.

So we'll probably get Sinkgraven and Schone as starters?

I think FdB thinks there's a bigger chance that Heitinga will score a goal than for example Sanogo. (SaNoGoal)

I would be more troubled by the lack of strikers in the squad if we had any good strikers ;)

I expect a nice 5–0 with a hat trick for Fischer!

Frank is bound to use El Ghazi as tomorrows striker.

He will be doubting between Fischer and Younes as left wing, I expect Frank will pick Fischer. As a right wing in my opinion he has to pick Lasse Schöne. The team is so much more productive with Schöne in it.

Schone,El Ghazi Fischer and Younes are the forwards who will used 3 to start the 4th a sub . Its between Fischer and El Ghazi as striker but v PSV Fischer clearly wasn't a striker so maybe El Ghazi will be striker.

FDB has said they will wait until end of November to see if Sanogo is up to being Milik's no 2 ,if not we will get another striker in January. I think Sanogo will be back in North London by the end of January ,he looks worse than Sigthorsson.

Back to tonight why on earth do we need 8 defenders. Surely Cerny could have sat on the bench and maybe Nouri or v de Beek.

He's also tried Klaassen at #9 this season. I agree with what you guys said though, and the way el Ghazi has been playing I would like to see how a front three of Schöne-Fischer-Younes does.

Agree about Cerny, but remember that Nouri and v de Beek played yesterday in the A-1 match. Each went 90 minutes IIRC.

Just realised I probably won't get to see the game because everyone will be watching France vs. New Zealand on their IPTVs and my 2Mbit internet connection will stop completely. At least France will probably be out after tonight...

Yes A1 kids Nouri and Donny vd Beek played for the A1 yesterdays and crashed our enemies Feyenoord with a 5-1 victory.
They will not come in action this weekend as next Wednesday they will play Schalke 04 for the Youth League. The game is played on De Toekomst, the entrance is free so all come over to Amsterdam for this.

ps. above earlier post I realise Nouri and v d Beek played 90 last night but one could have been sub today and obviously would not have played yesterday.

This is another one of those middle of the night games that I'm going to have to miss. I suppose they schedule the time because of the EL commitments, but I hate missing all these games. Let's hope the boys do well.

Ah, my prediction about FdB's line-up came out. El Ghazi striker, Schöne right wing and he did choose Fischer over Youness for the left wing.
