Cup match Tuesday night against a club I quite frankly have not heard of before now. Wish we would have received this kind of draw in the CL.

Evidently Kishna had a slight knee injury which was why he did not make the bench v Go Ahead. Seems like Kishna Milik and Menig may be the front 3 starters.Thought Tete would come in .Riedewald rested and Zimling is ill so Bazoer may get his chance at DM.

KO at 18.30 CET its on Tv so hopefully wiziwig will have astream

Long time coming but a good finish by Duarte.

Duarte tripped in the box and Milik converts the PK 0-2. It's finally looking comfortable

Lovely short cross by Menig to an open Milik who buries the header.

Finally came alive in the last 20 minutes to score three goals and take command of the match. Appalling play up to that time and the club really likes the killer instinct to put these lesser clubs away from the beginning of the match. This should be comfortable from here onwards.

Until Duarte's goal our attack did very little but 3-0 now so should be easy in the 2nd half

Zivkovic gets his first Ajax goal on a nice pass from el Ghazi.

Very pedestrian match. I had trouble staying awake during the second half. van der Hoorn was decent on defense as was Bazoer. Denswil had a better second half. Liked seeing how active Zivkovic was up front, big difference from Sigthorrsson. On to the next round.

Only saw the seconde. Hope this Ajax squad doesn't show up a week from now against Barca. Not very convincing on defence or attack. Menig with a couple of good runs. He sure has speed and agility. Also nice to see Zivkovic get his first goal. That's about it.

Very poor , Kishna was crap imo. Nice to see Zivkovic scoring .Menig worked hard . V d Hoorn had a decent game and Denswil also but that was it.

Against that opposition we should have looked at double figures but they contained our attack .

I had to miss this one for French class. Sounds like another cracker...
