This is the second friendly of Ajax's pre-season campaign and the first against professional opposition. Dynamo Dresden - a bit of a German legend - play in the 2. Bundesliga (level two in Germany). They will play Ajax at their own Glücksgas Stadion (32,000+). Kick-off time is 16:00 CET.

Spicy detail... Ajax will sell no tickets for this fixture and the club have issued a 'negative travel advice' for this match, due to the "reputation of a part of the Dynamo Dresden support". In other words: Dynamo Dresden have a hard core of neo-Nazi supporters and travelling Ajax fans might get into trouble.

I don't know what it's like over there, but something tells me that this a bit exaggerated. Oh well, I wasn't gonna make this trip anyway.

An easy win 3-0 yesterday.Eriksen 2 goals from free kicks in the first half and Hoesen a 3rd in the 2nd half. Ajax played a different team in each half. I did see there were links ,all english ,on firstrow but the pictures were very poor so just watched the last half hour. I had hoped the kids would play in the 2nd half ,ok Nieuwpoort, Sporkslede Denswil Klassen played and are all 20 but when I say kids these players are old !! Andersen did play but of course I was referring to the other teenagers V d Hart , Bazoer ,Tete and Meleg but they did not play.

Ajax must have been given some decent money by Dresden as they flew there and back yesterday from their Austrian training camp.
