An extremely strange own goal from Ado player Chery brings Feyenoord a 3-2 lead.

same line up as last week ie Schone starts and Poulsen on the bench. With Poulsen only just fit from injury and Sana evidently knackered and needs an early holiday why on earth is Andersen not on the bench as we have Enoh also on the bench. Why do we need 2 defensive midfielders on the bench ,although given I do not rate either of them I would rather they be on the bench than on the field.

I had the Vitesse game on. They took a 2–1 lead in about the 83rd minute but then conceded an equaliser with the last kick of the game. Great opportunity for us to move up into 3rd place, only a point behind the top two.

Here we go -- let's hope the boys are on their game.

And now -- out of a goalie blunder, Hoesen calmly rolls the ball into the net. 2-0.

And Ajax politely returns the favor -- 2-1.

Wow, bad defending by Schöne, Moisander out of position, and Blind not marking his man out of the play - result quick reply by Willem II.

And Vermeer in no man's land. That really was poor defending from the everyone involved...!

A defence like that is just funny!!!

Don't know what's going on, both teams looking terrible. Let's hope for a better second half.

Just some very bad defending on both goals. Schöne was probably the poorest one on both making a half ass challenge on the first and letting his man go right up the middle to get a through pass on the second. Offensively the team started off quite well but then lapsed into an aimless state of poor passing and not protecting the position when an entry pass is made. What a frustrating half of football!

woeful defending .Being 2-0 up against the bottom side and letting them score 2 is criminal.

I'm confused. We're up 2-0 against the team in last place with a 2-5-9 record. They have given up 34 goals and scored 14.

Why does it seem (only started after their 1st goal) that we're playing a team which is our equal.

Our problem was simply a case of thinking the game was over after the 2-0. We started to coast, and they just started outworking us. After we gave them the equalizing 2 goals, their confidence level went up and they started playing above their level.

On a positive note, Hoesen has been playing a terrific game so far -- maybe something good will happen for him in the second half.

He's being man marked out of the game, plain and simple.

Disagree in part, he is doing a very poor job of shielding his position when the entry pass is made with the result of losing the ball.
