Eriksen is probably out because of a slight ankle injury. Enoh and Anita also may miss the match. Boerrigter is back but maybe only for 1/2. Cillesen in goal and van Rhijn again in defense. AZ appears to be at full strength. Doesn't look to promising but the big matchup comes in January.

The referee made a complete fool of himself.

Hard to tell. Only know that the keeper got a Red card and Verbeek pulled the team off the pitch. Other than that, my Dutch isn't good enough to keep up with the broadcast.

Actually Esteban could have hurt the idiot pretty bad if one of the kicks had landed. You don't retaliate like that but let the officials take care of things. Red card was deserved.

Esteban's reaction was punishable, he had avoided the supporters onslaught, and only had to wait for the ushers o get him off the itch, but he decided to retaliate in that way

Cannot blame the goalie but he should not have started kicking and the rules would be a red card .

I know but we had an incident about four years ago during a pro basketball match when players went into the stands after a supporter. I think there were four who received very long suspensions. Agree it's tough to control oneself under such a situation and also that the idiot who came onto the pitch should be thrown in jail for a long time.

On football related news, we were playing a very poor game and very lucky to be 1-0 up. How bad does Janssen have to play to finally get benched? It is ridiculous, he offers nothing on the pitch!!!

AZ pulled it. Not sure what the consequences are.

No way a keeper can retaliate like that, his red card was clearly deserved and the ref just had to show it. We may end up catching technical defeat for failing to provide security or something like that.

Looks like it's over now. Will be interesting to see what the fallout of this will be.
