This might be Ajax's very last game against Willem II, ever. The press reckons that Willem II, if they go down, will also go out of business...

Squad was the same ie no El H but disaster Steks has broken his thumb in training today and is out for 4to 6 weeks . Graafland is on the bench as Vermeer is still not ready to play , Vermeer is back in training but taking it easy .

Fortunately the ESPN feed has died; I don't know if I can really watch much more of this match. What an awful performance after Thursday. I hope de Boer throws things in the half time meeting with the team as this is really bad.

Why the fuck do we have to chase the game against a team which has won 2 games all season and has 11 points. Get a hold of yourselves guys.

Verhoeven was at fault although Toby made a mistake. Why is de Zeeuw playing up front , get him off and put Cvitanich on as I do not see us getting a goal .Thats 2 chances he has cocked up and a striker would have buried them.
