I'm looking forward to this game, hopefully we can stamp our authority on it early on! We need a morale booster for PSV next week

I'm going to post this here, partly to remind myself and others, but this is on ESPN 360, which is now available to Comcast cable subscribers. I'd completely forgotten that service was available at the beginning of the month and went for the usual streams for last weekend's game out of habit.

Me too! Back from Barcelona and looking forward to it. going to visit Estadio Nou Camp tomorrow morning and see if I can channel the ghost of Cruyff!!!

I dont want to sound overly confident but we really should smack the farmers, i think RKC are on their way back to the second division

I can imagine an RKC squad that will try to put as many men behind the ball as possible and attempt to counter attack occasionally . An early Ajax goal would be just what the doctor ordered to open the game up and get RKC chasing the ball and the game.

ESPN 360 will be my ticket for the match. Glad Comcast finally made ESPN 360 available .

Should be an easy encounter, hope they try to entertain in the ArenA more than they did in Euroborg. Still too early for previews so here's the best I could do:

Some are surprisingly good there.

Sulejmani had a slight injury scare in training the other day, but should be fit for the match.

Sulejmani went off injured against Groningen.

Can't wait for this on! Just "happen" to be stopping off in Amsterdam on my return from holidaying in Paris...yes, it is rather a strange route...Birmingham/Amsterdam/Paris/Amsterdam/Birmingham.... but I assure everyone, it was the easiest route!! (if you believe that, you're almost as gullible as my wife!!!!)

Should take us to the top of the league...and let's hope that we can score some goals.. 3 or 4 will do.

The only real worry is that we will probably go through the first two games without the defence being tested...so we STILL don't know where the main problems are... even though most of us have a pretty good idea!

Primal Scream could be a good description of our defence.

What's the deal with Oleguer, I thought he was excellent for you the first half of last season?

The hosts impressed with a solid 2-0 away win against rivals Groningen last week and will be more than happy to continue their fine form. Midfielder Demy de Zeeuw proved to be a valuable addition to the Ajax squad and will be a crucial factor in the match against RKC. It will also be interesting to see the response of of Ismail Aissati, who was benched last week.

RKC were never able to seriously threaten Utrecht last week and were defeated 1-0 after a quick Ricky van Wolfswinkel goal. They don’t look like grabbing their first point of the season this weekend, but you never know what will happen if Ajax underestimate the Waalwijk-based minnows. Striker Charlison Benschop will be the man to watch for RKC.

Prediction: 4-1

The wife bought it....had to be in Am'dam en-route to Birmingham!!! Should be a comfortable win......the emphasis being on the word "should".

I've got good money on Over 2.5 goals....that'll pay for another trip!!!

PSV will play against Twente tomorrow, so it's very possible that they'll lose points there. Would be nice to have 4 or 5 points gap before next weekend. Let's do our part today!
