The way we're playing now, Twente and Vitesse away don't give me the mild case of the yips that they did, but it sure would be nice to use these next to fixtures to REALLY RATCHET UP THE PRESSURE on our closest pusuers.

Game took place at 3 in the morning over here, so I slept through it. First thing I did when I woke up was check out the results. It was truly beyond my wildest hopes. It was not so long ago I was afraid we were going to finish sixth -- now this. Now all we have to do is keep the intensity and commitment going.

This was a pretty amazing evening (again), wasn't it?

How many matchdays like this have we had in the past two months, with everything going our way? Three? Four?

At least we're doing all we can, which is to win every game we play. Considering we've upped our goal differential significantly in the last few weeks, we basically have an extra point on the rest of the league. The league is now ours to lose.

still cannot believe last night how all the other results went our way. Clearly we had a big slice of luck when the goalie got sent off and we were 1-0 up after 3mins v 10 men and Narsingh taken off. One rash moment cost them but thats the way with football.Breaks like this did not happen before Christmas ie Vertonghen's offside goal v Twente comes to mind.

The main thing last night was we took full advantage of playing 10 men and played them off the park with beautiful football and some nice goals. Great moment when Boerrigter was back in the right back position,not the only attacker who went back to help when defenders had pushed up field,shades of total football! Big problem now is Aissati he is playing well can we now keep him!!

In recent matches Janssen has played very well and Siem has that great habit of scoring but my 2 main men of these 9 wins are Vertoghen ,who is a giant out there at present and the little man Anita now playing in his proper position and not left back. He is unsung but is playing superbly in front of the back 4 .It cannot be a coinsidence we are not letting any goals away.

Before last night I thought we will struggle as the other teams will keep right up there with us but suddenly if we beat de Graafschap and PSV win at home v AZ this weekend we will be 6 points clear and will only need to win the last 2 home games for no31.

Still lets just hope they concentrate and beat deG

NB 9 starters and 11 out of the 14 used from our youth academy.The world still associates this great club with its youth . At present we are not dissapointing the world.

I remember shouting for a GREAT misuse of our midfield during the first half of the season. With the exeption of our stellar performance -bar the result against Twente in the Supercup. We seemed to move from defence to wingers without our midfield doing shit. Now!!!! What a brilliant evolution. Nothing to add, but a better final passing in the zone to future no. 9 so we can win in Europe. I hate pecking around the area and not being able to find an opportunity in the box

Absolutely. And I'll never forget how we were robbed of a title a few years ago against AZ when Stekelenburg was fouled so badly that he needed five minutes of treatment yet the ref allowed the goal to stand. To say nothing of all the shenanigans that went down on the final matchday of the season. These things all even out in the end.
