Yeah, these guys are what? 8th or 9th, and we haven't exactly played them off the park. Fairly efficient, in a tactical sense -- grab the lead and then hang onto the ball, basically, but we will have to find something more for the UEFA Cup tie.

El Hamdaoui looks out of shape, maybe all the illness over the past month has affected him. Blind had a very poor match constantly getting beat by Leonardo. Passing in the midfield is still too soft resulting in turnovers. Our two Belgian defenders had good matches, solid positioning on defense and good clearances. Sulejmani was active and played well. Eriksen was in and out of the match. Ebecilio seemed like he could beat his man every time and shows promise on the wing. de Jong was decent until he got chopped out of the match. Still a lot of work to do for de Boer. Looks like Bryan Ruiz wins another one at the death for Twente. Too bad we cannot catch a break.

Happy with the three points and the third goal at least was classy (though nothing wrong with El Hamdoaui ='s play in the 2nd even if the goal itself was a bit of a fluke) but we;ve obviously still got work to do.

Not agreat performance but 3 good points. A bit frustrating in the second half as sopcast sound went but the picture was very clear(DSC) the other channel(MM) not very clear picture so I followed it without sound.

Ajax definitely weren't great today and there's a lot you can say about this squad, but two wins over NAC Breda in four days' time, both time by three goals... That's not bad. Definitely not bad, especially since we played without a true striker/'target man' for 80% of the time.

This team still has a long way to go, but I think they're aware of that and it's never a bad thing to grit out a 3-0 away win.
