Well I'll be down a bit earlier than I previously thought, maybe about 12.00 or 12.30ish. It's not too far and a straight road from Southampton Central to the pub so probably be there about 25 minutes after that.SaddlerIan schreef:![]()

He's obviously on a high! Tell him not to worry...there is an antedote being developed now. It's being developed in West Brom...it's called "A Team"![]()

Amen. Certainly the time to judge the "outcasts" is now rather than later. And given the current size of the squad, it doesn't make sense to haul along a bunch of guys who'll just "ride the pine," as the American saying goes.afcajax73 schreef:if Jol IS trying weed some out by playing them in friendlies, then im all for that. Thats good business sence to me!
OK, shouldn't be a problem. My Football Ground Guide says the away end holds 3,200 minimum (can be increased to over 4,000). Can't see that selling out somehow.SaddlerIan schreef:![]()

Shouldn't worry about the tickets, just had this email from Ticket office at Southampton:
RE: Tickets for Ajax match
From: Lee Hetherington ([email protected])

To: [email protected]
Tickets for the Ajax end are now on sale direct from Ajax.
Depending on availability we may be selling them here on the day.

If we depart the hostelry at about 2:00, there should beplenty of time to sort tickets.!

Didn't know Pardew was with this club. He was once an up and coming EPL manager. Remember him from several years ago, i think with Charlton but he couldn't keep them up in a relegation battle.SaddlerIan schreef:![]()

Should be a good atmosphere! New manager, Pardew, and they hope for a sell out crowd!!! http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/TicketNe ... 89,00.html

Well-coming from Croydon and being a teenager who liked cheap midweek football in the early 90's I remember 'super' Alan Pardew very well. Always thought the ironic chants a bit unfair especially after the FA Cup Semi winnep against Liverpool but suffice to say I won't be cheering him tomorrow-always struck me as a decent bloke thoughOrange14 schreef:Didn't know Pardew was with this club.
