Yeah he was allowing so much hacking. I was wondering to myself if he was allowing it because it was a Cup Final.

We had to win the last 8 games. We've won 4 so far, another 4 to go.

Well that was all rather easy more like a training match once the 3rd went . Not sure how you get 2mins of injury time when Ziyech took a minute to go off and then 2 or 3 min delay for a flare.

Right next up send Spurs home empty handed and then win that 34th title for Appie.

A rather routine 0-4 victory to get the first of the three trophies this season. Some nice goals but also some early defensive frailties which have to be corrected before Wednesday.

Player Ratings:

Onana (6.5) - had no hard saves to make and his kicking was excellent all match long
Tagliafico (6.5) - was badly beaten early on but settled into the game after that
Blind (7.5) - a rock on defense and some incisive passing
de Ligt (7.5) - solid enough as usual
Kristensen (7) - had a very nice match and wow was he ever surprised on his goal
de Jong (7.5) - did every little thing correctly
Mazraoui (7) - quite a nice 90 minutes in the MF
van de Beek (7.5) - didn't stop running at all and his passing was top rate
Tadic (6.5) - quiet match but the big one is Wednesday
Huntellar (7) - took the goals nicely enough and had some good hold up play
Ziyech (7.5) - two great assists and pressed well
Labyad (6) - good for him to get some minutes
Neres (6.5) - good on the ball in the time he was on the pitch
Schöne (6) - on late for de Jong

Big match coming up on Wednesday to keep the treble alive. Ajax show no fear regardless of who they play and big shout out to ten Hag for getting them this far.

At some point during the final 15 minutes of the game, was it our fans singing the classic Feyenoord fan-song? I can't remember the name right now, but does anybody know what the hell I'm talking about? lol

I thought I heard the Ajax fans singing the song that gets played at de Kuip when Feyenoord scores. Presumably for a laugh? I don’t know what the song is but I’ve heard other teams using it too.

It's a small part of the song "I will survive" I believe. Probably for a laugh, to make fun of the Rotterdamers and their envy of us, winning a trophy in their house
