I've seen him in a youth (B1) tournament in my town in Italy..togheter with urby, maduro, vermaelen, de mul and ridders.. don't remember if he played RB or CB, maybe toghether with Jamal Ati Mama. where is this one?

Would be nice to know some more about this chap..... what do those who have seen him play have to say about him ?????

According to De Telegraaf Henk ten Cate has decided that Emmanuel Boakye may be loaned out for the season. The 21 year-old defender got plenty of playing time so far in pre-season, but it does not seem like it will stay that way once the season has started.

Sounds like a good idea.

Yep he's still somewhat raw talent wise, give him more minutes on another team, let him develop further and lets see what happens :yes:

And we have a few clubs which want to loan him now: Twente Enschede, Heracles and Willem II.

According to the VI.nl website two Eredivisie clubs are interested in landing Boakye on a one-year loan deal: Heracles Almelo and Sparta Rotterdam.

I expect a decision quite soon - possibly this week.

Boakye will go on loan to Heracles Almelo.

Which isnt bad news for me, I might be able to pay a visit from my place in Borculo which isn't too far :yes:

And we have a decision: he will play for Heracles Almelo. It's one-year loan. I hope he will get a lot of experience and after this season will be ready to play in Ajax.
