Well an unexpected win tonight 4-3.Unuvar,Musampa and Martha made it 3-1 Hansen on 76 made it 4-2 but on 87 they got back to 4-3 and I fully thought it would be 4-4 but we held on for the win and are now 12th.

subs used, Rasmussen for Unuvar,Douglas for Baas and V Gelderen for Mendez during the 2nd half with Hillen and Salah-Eddine coming on in ET for Warmerdam and Martha. We then finished with 7 defenders on the field so glad we held out!

A boost for the team winning again and nice that Salah-Eddine is fit.

I watched the Jong Oranje match against Romania yesterday. It was a qualify for the U-21 Euros. Scherpen had a great match as keeper with three outstanding saves. He was beaten on a world class free kick that curled around the wall and hit the top corner of the goal away from him. I don't think there is any keeper alive who could have made a save on that one. Schuurs got the goal for Jong Oranje on a nice header off a corner kick. He had a good game with no mistakes. The performance from most of the other players was mediocre. Brobbey came on too late to do much. Former Ajax players Bakker, Zeefuik, De Wit, Kluivert, and Lang were all below average and this was a good display of why they won't be missed in an Ajax shirt.

I did not watch the NT debacle against Turkey as I am boycotting all qualifying matches as well as the WC in Qatar out of principle. FIFA was bribed to give the Cup to them and 6500 laborers have died so far in constructing the arenas.

A very good 1-1 draw tonight against the side 3rd. Unuvar missed a penalty before HT and their goal on 55 was a pen. before Mendez equalised on 68.

We finished with 10 men after Douglas got a 2nd yellow in ET.Luckily held on after 8 mins of ET.

Meant to say yesterday saw our starting 11 all Dutch and all teenagers with 4 being 17.I am sure we have never put out an all teenage line up before but all being Dutch makes it even better.

Q.TImber ,Kasanwirjo plus Kotarski Scherpen all missing as they were in Rome last night and will be in Sunday's squad.
Raatsie another goalie is the only actual injury although Hansen is missing.

We lost 3-0 as usual we lose to teams at the bottom. Taylor missed a penalty after 5 mins to make matters worse. We now lie 16th on 36 and the main thing with 4 games to play is not finishing bottom of the 4 Young sides. PSV are a point above us but AZ and Utrecht are below us on 32 and 31 respectively.

Unuvar went with what looked like a bad injury just before HT ,Giovanni the sub. Further subs in the 2nd half de Waal for Rasmussen,Douglas for Baas,Warmerdam for Musampa and Fitz-Jim for Mendez.

The season cannot finish quick enough .

Unuvar had a medical today and good news: no ligament or cartilage injury. Will be sidelined for the rest of the current season with an injury to the knee capsule.

Read about Unuvar earlier today as well. Great news that he's only going to be sidelined for 4-6 weeks.

Another defeat as we lost 1-0 to NEC

Just to finish off on last night a 1-0 loss to NEC who are high up the table was a decent performance for a bunch of teenage kids.The only goal on 34.

We ended up with 10 men as Kasanwirjo got a 2nd yellow and thus a red on 75 mins. subs used Douglas for Baas and Martha for Rasmussen at HT.Later on Giovanni for Timber and Hlynsson for Hansen with Salah-Eddine getting a few minutes for Warmerdam.

Main thing left with 3 games to go is not finishing bottom of the Young sides.PSV are a point ahead but game called off as they have an outbreak of virus.Lucky the other 2 lost so Ajax 36 points,AZ 32,Utrecht 31.

An older stronger side out but why Brobbey! With the title decided he no longer should get picked and Traore ought to be playing tonight. Also why is Q.Timber a winger ,he plays RB or no 6,they need to decide his best position and stick to it !
