Not necessarily as they still have to play the return leg. After watching the Twente-Rubin Kazan match today (played in -17 degree weather) I don't want to see us have to go to Moscow!!!

It won't be as cold as when Twente played Rubin a week ago but it won't be terribly warm either. Average daytime temperature is 2.6 degrees and average low is -1.5. I don't know if UEFA will have an early kickoff or not but we do get an extra week since the first Match is in Amsterdam on March 10.

It will be tough, as Spartak will definitely be better than they were at the ArenA, but I seriously think we're a better football team than this Spartak lot. If we play like we played yesterday evening... with a striker and a bit more luck... we can fix this.

I'm with you Ko, we were unlucky with the chances we created and we were also a superior team to them. If Siem can get his shooting boots on or Cvitanich gets a chance and we play the same dominant game, we should come away from Moscow happy and in the next round.
