I loved it! Future is bright for Ajax, with Sierhuis the goal getter, de Wit a future playmaker, and Justin Kluivert a perfect winger!

Our A1 today beat a Jong Ajax side 5-0 in a friendly Tim Krul made his first game for an Ajax side and let in 5 goals.

Jong side that got thrashed Krul,Zeefuik,Bergsma,Leyder,Savastano,Bay ,Eiting, Boultam,Nunnely,El Idrissi Dekker(Boultam and Nunnely loaned from the A1)

Not sure what this says about some of our back up Jong.

A1 team just to show names Lange,Bakboord,Doehki,Kemper,Ter Heide,D de Wit,Matusiwa,Antonucci,Kluivert,Sierhuis M de Wit. ( D de Wit and Kluivert 2 goals each M de Wit the other)

A-1 team defeated PAOK Salonika 0-2 today with goals from Kluivert and Sierhuis. Return match is in Amsterdam on November 22 to determine which team advances to the group stage of the Youth CL.

A good win with Sierhuis scoring as usual. Jong Ajax after Christmas hopefully for him . Kluivert progressing well and scoring.

We seem to be looking outside Europe for kids. However under the rules anyone from outside the EU cannot play until they are 18 ,unless their parents have moved for proper jobs.

We are going to sign a 16 year Aussie MF called Sebastian Pasquali .He is nearly 17 but seems to have an Italian passport .

We have 2 USA lads whose parents work here.Joshua Pynadath a winger and not 15 until next February is now playing with our C1 ie U15 team.His parents have well paid jobs and were transferred here a year ago and he has been given approval to play proper games.

Another USA kid John Hilton aged 15 wanted to join us but his parents moved here it seems so he can play football. He has been told he cannot play for us but can continue to play for AFC ,the amateur side.

Also a 17 year old MF from Norway called Felix Myhre has had a trial so we are still looking in Europe.

All these stories come from Ajax showtime ,best site for all our new. Mind they ran a story today of some 16 year old Mexican kid coming but this has already been denied by Ajax.

I see today our A1 beat ADO 5-1 Sierhuis scored a hattrick and went off after 60 mins to save ADO from more goals.January he must be in our Jong team.

Currently playing PAOK in the U19 CL 2nd leg .0-0 at Ht ,we won the1st leg 2-0

Our U19's won 2-1 today v PAOK so thats 4-1 on aggregate and we are through to the CL U19's play offs in February .

Both goals today by Sierhuis. This lad should be promoted to Jong Ajax asap.

Ajax A1 drew Juventus A1 in the youth CL. It will be a home match at Toekmost and is a single game.

Would be confident we will win. Zeefuik Eiting will surely play plus Sierhuis and Kluivert but de Ligt will be playing in our 1st team by February

Daishawn Redan the 15 year old B1 team striker is wanted by Man U . Not surprised he is clearly the best 15 year old we have . This year he started playing for the B1 ie U17 back in January a month before his 15th birthday.

Hope we offer him a contract but Manu are bound to have already unofficially offered him a fortune.When we come along it will be too late.Just like with Malen and Familia -Castillo.

Once Uk are out of the EU we wont lose kids under 18 to EPL clubs as FIFA rules will apply ie you cannot sign anyone from abroad under 18 .

Redan should of course remind himself that only 1 Dutch player has ever come to England as a teenager and made it .His name is Tim Krul.

The article regards Redan came from a football site in England which suggests Redan is taking the English money . Come 2019 we will be out of the EU and English clubs wont be able to sign our U18's or indeed any U18's except British .

2. Remind myself Eriksen Vertonghen Vermaelen and Alderweireld all came here at 16

3.We have just got around FIFA rules by signing a 17 year old Aussie due to him having Italian parents and thus an Italian passport.

We are no better and do the same thing but foreign kids coming here are going to get a chance in our first team to make it and know that. Dutch kids going to England know they are going to make decent money straight away and are going to struggle to make it at their club.

In a country like Denmark they don't think that we are stealing their best players. They are proud that many Danish talents came in our academy and advise most of their young players to go to the Eredivisie as their first step.

Vertonghen, Vermaelen, Alderweireld and also Tom de Mul (remember him?) came to Ajax because of a cooperation with Germinal Beerschot Antwerpen. That cooperation has ended, we have still some Belgian guys in our academy like Nathan Leyder but a part of that source has dried out.

Sorry Cruijff I was being hard on us by saying we are no different.We do take 16 year old foreigners but there is a hugh difference its money .In Holland you cannot pay anyone more than 30,000 euros a year until they are 18.

I was seriously pissed off hearing we were going to lose another talent.My post yesterday was trying to convince myself we do the same but all these kids who have gone to England do so for one reason- Money. The English sides come here offering a big bag of money and those from poorer background take it.

Fosu-Mensah said he would have stayed had we offered a contract but Manu gave him 200,000 euros to sign on and 200,000 a year for 3 years.He was never going to say yes to our offer. Malen and Familia-Castillo both got hugh money offers but when we came in with offers we had no chance.

Ajax will talk to Redan and offer him a contract but Manu will be giving him as much if not more than F-Mensah.
Redan is leaving for money.

So yes we do go out and get 16 year old foreign kids and we have got an Aussie kid here as he has an Italian passport but these kids come here because of our great training and not money.

Apologies for suggesting my club is no better than the English.

Anyway roll on Brexit and 2019 this will all stop and the EPL will come under FIFA law ,no more 16 year old Ajax kids being stolen for bags of money.

Yesterday our B1, u17 won 4-1 and Redan scored all 4 ,he came on as a 2nd half sub. As he is only 15 and Man u are actively after him I wonder if they are breaking FIFA rules .If not today's report they are after 13 year old Naci Unuvar
from our U15's surely would be breaking rules and they would get a world wide ban transfer ban!

By the time Unavar is 16 it will be 2019 and UK will be out of EU and English sides will not be able to sign anyone U18 from outside the UK

Unavar's father has said today his son is not interested in leaving Ajax for Man u and has passed this on.Earlier in the year a14 year old talent named Zamani was touted by Man u but his father too said they were not interested in leaving Ajax.

Ajax should report Man u to FIFA .Touting kids at 16 is bad enough but legal, touting 13 and 14 year olds is not and FIFA or Uefa need to comedown on Man u

The report I read said that they offered his father a job in England so the whole family could move. How low can you get? I also read that the reason Man U is going after so many Ajax kids is they have someone on their scouting staff - can't remember the name - who previously worked at the Ajax academy, so he knows the kids.

Ajax showtime ran the article on this lad saying no to ManU .One of the posters said some of the Ajax youth players were saying Redan wants to stay. Lets hope thats true.

All one needs to look at is Mourinho's history with Chelsea. Almost zero youth players ever made it to the first team. van Gaal in the short time he was at ManU did seem to want to bring in the younger players.

Some youth interests I picked up this week.


With Antonucci gone ,we have 2 new attacking midfielders.Pasquali 17 year old Aussie with an Italian passport has already joined and we are signing a 16 year old Hungarian Schon Szabolcs. He has turned down Chelsea and will sign a contract shortly having just arrived here this week.

An article today by ex Trainer Brian Tevreden now at Reading with Stam. He said his nephew Millen Baars is settling in at Man u .He said the lad was released by Ajax and when Man u came in for him he could not turn it down. (Transfers of youths within Holland are completed in June so this lad faced a whole season unable to play in Dutch youth football )

Tevreden said Famila -Castillo had a big choice to make when Chelsea called. His parents had no decent work , and lived in an appartment 10 stories up in the Biljmer. With that in mind he couldn't turn down the Chelsea money.

Finally hope that out best youth born in 2001 will stay .Striker Daishawn Redan ,16 next month is now training regularly with the A1 and with Sierhuis promoted to Jong he looks like he will be playing for our A1. Hope he says no to Man u money .

1st defeat of the season by our A1 today v PSV 1-0 . I know winning the title and qualifying for CL U19 is important but player development rules everything.

Sierhuis and Eiting played today but these 2 should have been in den Bosch last night with Jong Ajax. Redan the 15 year old B1 U17 goalscoring machine should be playing for U19.
