Like the bit where Ajax should have players from the youth but sign young talented players or those who will lift the team considerably.

This is one of the most important parts.Also the youth system is ok but some coaches are not good enough.

In the last 4 years this club has struggled by changing coaches every season and not having the right man plus signing aload of crap players,
except KJH and Suarez.

Hopefully JC will have some positive influence.Starting with picking the right man as coach ,who will actually stay for a few years, and then have a mass clearout of players.
