Nice lad, btw posing with young fans for pics etc
O would some power the giftie gie us to see ourselves as others see us.
One of the dutch sites listed our injured yesterday in terms of when they will be fit.
Urby Sulejmani and Enoh along with Gentenaar were shown as fit .
Van Der Heijden 2 weeks away, Sarpong 2-3 weeks, Cvitanich 4-6 weeks(although last week there was a talk of him being fit quicker) KJH 6 weeks,
Aissati after the winter break and Steks 2-3 months. Donald the season .
Oleguer Vermaelen and Rommedahl were listed as not sure if they will be fit for this weekend.
Apart from the 2 strikers it looks as if the list will soon get shorter but 14
injured out of a max 29 listed as first teamers is way too many.

Not sure what Mr Jock Brown the commentator would think but I sorted it for him.

Well apparently he returned to on the field training on Friday, although apart from the rest of the players. So I would say that's a good sign. I still don't think anyone knows for sure when he'll be back, but it seems this is making them speculate it will be before the winter break now (so maybe 2 weeks now).Orange14 schreef:The English commentator on the AZ match today said that KJH is likely to be back much sooner than expected. Anyone have an update on this one? After today's match it is clear that he is desperately needed.
Edit: Found an update on Huntelaar in the Dutch forums. Last week the training was light, walking, but not turning with the ankle. This week he's trained for the first time with the ball. Sounds like they are all cautious, but optimistic that he'll be back sooner than expected.
And here's a Dutch article with photos: http://www.ajax.nl/web/show/id=154417/contentid=68134
I was also perusing the Dutch forums, from what I could gather Cvitanich will be returning to training this week, but I may be mistaken. Does anyone have a any other news on this?

Great news on Aisatti and Cvitanich. We're now nearer to having two more attackers....

The only slight worry is that there's no target man to hold the ball.....KJH was being groomed in this role....but, if the transfer rumours are true.....

Roll on the safe re-appearance of our strike force!!!

I 'll post it here but there is good and bad news on injuries. Siem de Jong is nearly fit and I expect him to play on Monday for the reserves. Also just fit after missing all season is Jan-Arie Van der Heijden. I believe he might have appeared last Monday for the reserves but was sick.Great news that he is nearly ready again and I also believe Mitcheel Donald , who has also missed all season is nearinng full fitness.
Bad news , Anita, Enoh and Kennedy have missed training over the last 2 days and with Steks not 100% fit Gentenaar has a knee injury.
