Hi and welcome ajax4 eva uk,

Some deja vu here - I'm sure I've just read this post 4 times or maybe I'm going mad.

Apparently next season Ajax are starting an international version of the broadband live feed on the Ajax.nl website (at the moment you need to live in NL and have a KPN telephone line). I'm not sure of the full details but I'm sure one of the other guys will be able to help. If not you can watch some live games (but not Ajax/F word or P$V it seems) on the vi.nl website - this is a pay service too.

If not there's always good old Channel 5 as long as you can't sleep at night - games are on about 03.00 on a Friday morning - insomniacs of the world unite :xyxthumbs:

There is also a pub (F4K) in West london that shows the games on canal+.

OPH, where is that pub? I only know the one near Leicester Square in central London (who's name escapes me) where they'll show the games if you ask nicely.

Name should have been F3K (famous 3 kings - not famous 4 kings) - it is right next door to West Kensington tube station on the District line.

Ajax replied about the on line Ajax TV (which currently only exists in a Dutch.Wide.Web version) : it should be available from abroad starting on the 01/01/2006

That's very good news, Philippe. Of course they're ridiculously late with it, but still: let's look forward rather than moan about the past. Given that, this is good news. I guess.

Philippe, I bought the Ajax double DVD history the other day. Actually was quite astonished to see no foreign language subtitles on it - in this day and age it is someting I couldnt quite fathom out as the cost of doing this would be quite minimal.

If you want a copy of the DVD I will quite happily pick up a copy for you and forward it on.

It's a shame there are no subtitles, but the club and Warner are working on an international version, apparently.

Then again: why not on one disc? That's the whole idea of dvd, innit? You can make one disc multilingual... Oh well.

Philippe, I think it will be soon. I seem to remember getting last years highlights dvd from 'free record shop' online - I knew it was out as it was advertised on Ajax.nl but the online store didn't have it yet.....seems something else Ajax are not that good at. I seem to remember having a moan about that on here around this time last year as well.

I've just done a quick check on the Fame.nl and freerecordshop sites and it doesn't seem to be on there yet either.....

I hope your Dutch is at least as good as mine as there isn't an English (or French) option but site seems OK.

Non Dutch postage is a bit hefty at 14,35 Euro's but the actual DVD is 19,99 instead of 25,00 Euro's so I suppose that evens it out a bit.....

Anyway, can't wait til it arrives :cheer:

It appears that the English version of Ajax.nl is down at the moment, and this has been the case for the past 48 hours at least...

When you try to visit the English version you'll get this notification:

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
