Trouble is - Bosz never really came up with a plan B. And now he doesn't have Sanchez and Tete's speed to save him on defense. Plan A usually worked most of the time when he coached Ajax. The sacking of Bergkamp and Spijkerman proves my point that they were the ones behind the departure of Bosz.
