I can see why people see Juventus as the most logical winner in this game, but consider this: If we're going to beat them, now is really the time. They've been playing extremly poorly, and they continued doing that today. We've been playing really well, not counting that last game against Anderlecht.

Okay folks, Dario has left the building. Ajax just confirmed their deal with Mexican outfit CF Pachuca. Cvitanich will join Pachuca on loan for the remainder of the season, and Pachuca will pay 750,000 euros for that. Pachuca also have an option to buy Cvitanich at season's end, for 6 million U.S. ...

Hehe, I almost did. But I feel Litmanen had his prime in the 90's. And he wouldn't replace Huntelaar or Suaréz in the lineup, maaaybe Pienaar. But I'd definately put him on the substitute list though :)

Stekelenburg has really shown his potential lately, he feels really secure in the air, with the feet, well I can't honestly find anything major wrong with him. At the pace he's been improving, do you guys think he will stick around for a long time?

I agree. I don't think we will lose, but I doubt we'll se another 6-0 victory. My bet is a 1-2 och 0-2 victory :)

PSV and Twente is without a doubt an usually solid team this year, especially Twente, but I'm going to be a bit bold and claim that Twente has had too many games with the margins on their side. They have ALOT of +1 goal wins, and if their form will drop even slightly, they will start to lose for sure.

I remember a few recent seasons in which Ajax came ten points closer to PSV in the second half of the season (still wasn't enough, tho...). It's a pretty rare thin...

Sadly, if you look at the Eredivisie on previous seasons, the topteams doesn't give away points easily (less so than any other league), which makes me think the table outcome is pretty much already decided when it comes to us. Although, miracles has happened in the passed.
