Clever of HTC though. Sun Xiang (leftback) was taken off, then he puts on a right winger (De Mul) and it seemed to do the trick!

It's been quite a while since I post anything, but today is definitely worth it. 1-5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha take that Boeren. Go home in your tractors!!! If we don't win this season at least this victory feels fantastic.

Heroes of Ajax: KJH, Wes, Stex, Gabri, De Mul, Babel. :worshippy:

Great result by our boys, i think we all saw this coming, we just did not expect such a large margin of victory, i mean we absolutely drilled them, this is a huge blow for the Eindhoven side that could really devastate the team's morale. I can see them loosing some more points against NAC and Twente so like i said before let`s not rest on our laurels, keep up the good form and hope for a PSV debacle in the last matches. PSV is afraid of us !!! they are really shitting their pants after today :eusa_dance:

Keep it up Boy's !!!!!!!!

PD: Man I wish the Davids bomb had gone in

What a great way to celebrate the 107th birthday of this magic club.

Well played to the guys . KJH is coming back to form at the right time.Hope the shit performance v Excelsior does not cost us the title. Having said that we have got to win all our last 5 gaames and PSV drop points.

PS When KJH scored I had great delight in informing my Arsenal loving son that Ajax had done something his team could not do.

We know why now : :D

To be fair, he explained later that he showed his happiness to his assistant because he took the good decision by choosing to let the game go on instead of whistling a foul on Ogararu...

What a statement by Ajax. I cracked a fat when I heard the score.

Ajax deserves more credit for being a good attacking side. The goal ratio in the domestic league is something like 2.4 per game, which is one of the highest in Europe.

This win is a huge mental hurdle successfully cleared: they can win in Eindhoven. Now the results over the next 6 months are about consistency.

In the immortal words of Jackie Gleason , " How swe-e-e-t it is" . So much for the Wes and The Hunter don't play well together crowd. Their silence is deafening. If 17 goals represents an off year, I bet alot of strikers wish they could be as "off" as KJH . HUP AJAX! WONDERFUL EFFORT!!

Goal scoring at one end and the grit of Gabri , Davids, and Stam too . Damn, I'm so giddy I'm almost light-headed.

Keep it up lads. I'd love to see the 4/22 match v. Sparta really mean something... something more than a play-off place that is. I can't wait to get "home " .

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AJAX!!!!!! Thanks for the incredible gift.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Jim just published his great match report on Ajax USA...

http://www.ajax-usa.com/matches/m06-07/ ... pions.html

Nice one: there will be no Eredivisie football next weekend, so this result will be on the Ajax USA homepage for two full weeks! :eusa_dance: :D

Holy Crap!!!

The year ESPN take off the Dutch Football is the year Ajax kick the shit out of PSV, but do I care that I didn't get to watch it live??? No F*cking way!

This makes up for the live witnessing of the 0-4 a few years back.

Ajax - I absolutely love you

Gabri will be suspended after he picked up a yellow card.

Either Maduro or Perez will probably replace him

I hope Anita will replace him, that way you don't have to change the whole formation.

Maduro replaced him yesterday, so I'm guessing that will happen in two weeks as well.

By the way, I thought Patrick Kluivert's reaction when he scored was very respectful. He simply turned around and went back to the centre of the field. Professional and calm, but not particularly overjoyed at scoring against Ajax. I think he showed what was in his heart.
