... and this is the next league game, the first in a series of twenty matches in which we can prepare for the play-offs.

The show must go on, as they say.

Why does it always seem that when we are in the middle of a slump (almost a crisis X'C ) this team come's around too cheer us up a little. Quite ironic but true.

We cant fuck this one up, can we

Well, it's 1-0, but the Voetbalstreaming.nl stream isn't working. Anyone know any others that are on today?

Roll on Ajax!!

Welcome back Jaap and Urby! We desparately need you.

And welcome back Ryan Babel. Great to watch the shucking and jiving from the left wing. Hope it means many goals to come and much inspiration to the guys that have played during our "hiccup"!

Back on track !(?)

Next test: Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!!!!!

This was more like it.

About bloody f**king time.

Yes, it was 'only' Willem II and we always seem to brush them side rather easily, but hey: they're not weaker than Sparta Rotterdam. Even against weak sides you can either play well or play poorly - and today Ajax played well, simple as that. Very well done, keep it up lads and roll on AZ!

He's back!! "The Return of Babel", or "Babel 2".

Is this the begining of our turn round?

KJH has prayed for aid!! Ryan's back, the praying's paid!!

If we don't beat this lot,
I'll take to my bed
How's 6-0 for starters?

Excellent result. I was out so the first time I checked was the final score, I needn't have worried so much :D

Anyway, looking forward to watching this one tommorrow from Setanta and hopefully next week against AZ will be live somewhere :xyxthumbs:

Well, we've all turned to writing,
With lines all in rhyme,
About the Ajacieds fighting,
AZ now in line.
Six goals for the home team
And just five for the away,
Means the meeting next Sunday'll
Be one hell of a day!

:xyxthumbs:

Where before there was none

Now we've started our run,
towards place number one,
which the Eindhoven PSV hold,
with three points from AZ
from the attack, Babel lead,
we will see the Alkmaar defence fold.
Though today they scored five
and were really alive
but Excelsior really caved in!
But the tenth will be great
when Az meet their fate
from the Arena, the deafeneing din,
When the first goal goes in,
and the deafening din
shows that Ajax have taken the lead,
from the Hunter, a goal,
in his captaincy role,
takes advantage of King Ryan's feed.

Now that I've started
I've found I can't stop
If Ajax can't either
By May they'll be top :cheer:

(I always did prefer just ryhming couplets to a full poem :D )

Nineteen matches to go,
through the ice and the snow,
'til the warmer spring days come around,
and we'll see all, by then,
as the Ajacied men
lead the table, we're all CL bound!
